I am 36, with a real bad diet and slightly overweight and always poorly. I dont like fruit/veg. Any advice?

my daughter is a herione addict.. also she is bypolar.. i am wondering if hypnosis could stop he need to take a drug.. this is all controlled by the brain.. which no one really understands.. it seems that by altering the thought process.
